Procedure:

- Take handfuls of the mixture and form them into patties.
- Fry the patties in a pan over medium heat until they’re golden brown.

Spicy Corned Beef and Tomato with Egg

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1/2 tbsp. oil
- 1 medium tomatoes, sliced

- 2 fried eggs, prepared
- 2 cups rice, prepared
- Tomatoes, cut into wedges for serving
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 medium potato, diced
Procedure:
- In a pan over medium heat, fry the diced potatoes until crispy. Set this aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the onion until softened.
- Add the tomatoes and chilies and cook these until they turn soft too. This will take about 5-8 minutes.
- Next, add the Highlands Gold Corned Beef. Let it simmer until the corned beef is a bit dry.
The level of spiciness is up to you- you can add more chilies if you want to level up the spice. You can also add other veggies like carrots and peas to add a bit of fiber to your meal.
CDO Ulam Burger Steak with Cream Mushroom Sauce

The tasty burger steak is a fun lunch ulam. You can easily cook huge batches of both the burger patties and the sauce that can last for numerous mealtimes.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 6 pcs CDO Ulam Burger
- 3 tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 2 tbsps Butter
- 1/4 cup Button Mushrooms, canned or fresh, quartered
- 1/2 cube Beef Bouillon Cube
- 3/4 cup Water -1 cup All-purpose Cream
- Salt and Pepper -1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 8 pcs Asparagus Spears, blanched, soaked in cold water
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- 3 tbsps butter, softened
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Procedure:
- In a pan over medium heat, fry the CDO Ulam Burger. Set this aside for later.
- To make the mushroom sauce, pour your flour in the same pan- now over medium-low heat. Wait a bit until the flour emits a nutty aroma and has changed its color to brown. Then, turn off the heat.
- Add the butter and mix well. After this, transfer your mixture into a small bowl and set this aside too.
- Next, sauté the mushrooms. Add water and the bouillon cube. Let this simmer on low heat and then season with salt and pepper.
- Add the butter and flour mixture bit by bit until the liquid thickens. Next, add the cream.
- Let this simmer until the sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon.
- Top your fried CDO Ulam Burger with sauce.
You can eat this mushroom burger steak with rice. You can also level up your side dish game by pairing your steak with mixed veggies.
