Tocilog with Crunchy Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino

Ingredients

  • 450g CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino
  • 1 medium-sized egg, beaten
  • 1 to 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • oil, for frying
  • 1/3 cup Danes Cheese block classic, grated
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons butter
  • salted egg, to serve
  • tomatoes, to serve

Tocino is sweetened pork belly with a reddish hue. The original recipe takes a while to prepare; that’s why you can find quick-cook commercial versions like CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino in the market.

You can also level up your usual tocino by coating the pork with panko breadcrumbs for that extra crunch! Better yet, switch up over-easy eggs with cheesy scrambled eggs for that perfect sweet & salty combo!

Hotsilog with Bibbo Hotdog & Danes Cheese Cubes
