  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsps cornstarch
  • Salt

Procedure:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, fry your CDO Ulam Burgers until both sides of each are cooked and crispy. Set aside on a cooling rack.
  2. Fry the three eggs to your preference. Once done, set them aside.
  3. To make the sauce, heat two tablespoons of cooking oil in a saucepan. Once the oil is warm enough, saute your chopped onions and mushrooms for about 2 minutes.
  4. Next, pour your beef broth into the pan. Season the mixture with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Bring this to a boil and then shift your heat to low. Let the mixture cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  6. To thicken the sauce, create a slurry mix by combining 3 tablespoons of water with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix well to remove any clumps.
  7. Add your slurry into the mixture in your saucepan. Stir gently until your sauce thickens. Once satisfied with the consistency, remove from heat.
  8. Serve warm.

  3. Next, add the 3 tbsps of liver spread, stirring gently. Let this cook for about 30 seconds
  4. Stir in your water and tomato sauce.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil and then add your potatoes and carrots. Cover the pan with its lid and let the stew cook for about 10 minutes.
  6. Next, add your CDO Luncheon Meat cubes as well as the bell pepper and green peas.
  7. Stir the mixture lightly. Let it cook for 2 more minutes before seasoning it with salt and pepper.
