  • 3 tbsps All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsps Butter
  • ¼ cup Button Mushrooms, canned or fresh, quartered
  • ½ cube Beef Bouillon Cube
  • ¾ cup Water -1 cup All-purpose Cream
  • Salt and Pepper -1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 8 pcs Asparagus Spears, blanched, soaked in cold water
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 tbsps butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Procedure:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, fry your CDO Ulam Burger using vegetable oil. Set aside.
  2. For the mushroom sauce, first pour flour in a sauce pan over medium-low heat. Wait till this turns brown and exudes a nutty aroma. Turn off the heat and then add the butter. Mix the two ingredients together thoroughly. Once you’re done, transfer this to a small bowl and set aside for later.
  3. Next, sauté the mushrooms. Once they’re tender, add water and the bouillon cube. Season this with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture simmer on low heat.
  4. Add the butter and flour mixture little by little until the liquid thickens. Add the cream next and let the mixture simmer until the sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon.
  5. For the parsley rice, mix your cooked rice with softened butter and chopped fresh parsley.
