You saw them create their favorite tuna dishes in their previous episode and now they’re back for another round!

Watch celebrity couple Sarah and Matteo Guidicelli, a.k.a AshMatt, in their latest video from their cooking series called Love Kitchen as they attempt to cook another tuna dish, but with a twist! This time around, the adorable pair showed how to make their favorite Tuna Fried Rice using San Marino Corned Tuna Spanish Style, but they had to do this with one of their hands tied together!

Want to try their featured Tuna Fried Rice? It’s a very easy recipe that is guaranteed to be delicious! Packed with tuna sarap, this dish will be truly enjoyed especially when made with love and of course, with San Marino Corned Tuna Spanish Style.

Here’s the recipe:

  • 2 cups of cooked rice (preferably chilled)
  • 1 can of San Marino Corned Tuna Spanish Style
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (such as peas, corn, and bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for cooking
  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions or cilantro

Now, let’s proceed with the cooking process:

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and allow it to heat up.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté them until they become fragrant and slightly golden.
  3. Next, add the diced carrot and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry them for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Allow them to cook for a moment, then scramble them gently with a spatula until they’re fully cooked.
  5. Add the chilled cooked rice to the skillet and mix it with the vegetables and eggs. Break up any clumps of rice with your spatula and ensure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  6. Drizzle the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice. Stir well to coat the rice and vegetables with the sauces.
