Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3 cans CDO Homestyle Chicken Flakes in Oil 150g
  • 1 head lettuce
  • ½ cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 onion, minced
  • ¼ cup carrot, minced
  • 1 cup singkamas, diced
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Peel the lettuce leaves apart and wash them under running water. Set them aside on a drying rack or over a plate lined with paper towels.
  2. In a wok over medium heat, saute the onion for half a minute.

  • 3-4 cups yakisoba noodles
