  • 2.5 cups Cooked Japanese Rice
  • 5 tbsp Japanese Mayo
  • 5 pcs Egg

    4. Once you’re done with your rolled eggs, remove them from the heat.
    5. Slice them into ¼ inch strips, lengthwise. Set aside.
  4. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into ¼-inch-thick slices. Set aside.
  5. To start assembling your maki, put your sushi rolling mat on a flat countertop.
    1. Place a layer of nori or dried seaweed on your sushi mat.
    2. Next, spread a layer of cooked Japanese rice over the seaweed. Leave a half inch of space from where you’ll start rolling the maki.
    3. Add a layer of your CDO Sweet Ham, topped with your other ingredients.
    4. Top off your assembled ingredients with a liberal layer of Japanese Mayo.
    5. Once satisfied with your layers, roll the maki carefully and tightly.
  6. Cut gently into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Serve.

That’s a quick cook, right? You even have time to prepare some instant noodles to pair with your maki bites. Add a tall glass of your favorite soda and you’ll have a scrumptious mealtime ahead.
