Procedure:

  1. In a pan over medium to high heat, stir-fry the french beans for 5-8 minutes. Once done, set aside.
  2. In the same pan, saute your chili pepper, garlic, and ginger. Once they’re about half-cooked, stir in your cubed CDO Luncheon Meat and the hydrated minced dried shrimp or hibe.
  3. Next, add the french beans back into the pan, along with the 3 teaspoons of soy sauce. Mix them together thoroughly and season with salt and sugar to taste. Do this until the CDO Luncheon Meat has turned crispy.
