  • 1 large white onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. calamansi juice
  • 1 tbsp. flour + 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 cups rice, prepared
  • 1 tbsp. spring onions, minced for garnish

Procedure:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add your oil. Once the oil is warm enough, saute your onion until it softens.
  2. Next, add the flour and water mix, brown sugar, calamansi juice, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  3. Heat the sauce until it boils and thickens, then remove from the stove.
  4. Serve warm with the fried CDO Crispy Burger and rice, garnished with spring onions.

  • 2 tbsps. cooking oil
  • 2 tbsps. butter
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cabbage, sliced into strips
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 pcs. eggs, beaten
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Cut your CDO Idol Cheesedog into half-inch segments. In a large pan, fry the sliced cheese dogs until they turn slightly brown. Once done, set them aside.
  2. With the same pan, melt your butter. Saute the onion and garlic together until they soften.
  3. Next, stir in the cabbage and frozen mixed vegetables. Let these cook until they turn tender.
  4. Add the rice and soy sauce, mixing thoroughly to make sure your vegetables are dispersed well throughout the rice.
  5. At the center of the pan, make a hole- pushing the fried rice to the side. In that hole, pour in your beaten eggs.
  6. Scramble the eggs until they’re cooked. Once done, combine the egg with the fried rice.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the fried CDO Idol Cheesedog slices. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Serve warm.
