Ham and Cheese Dip
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 8 slices CDO Holiday Ham, finely chopped
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- Mini toasts, crackers or freshly sliced bread, for serving
Procedure:
- First, preheat your oven to 350°F. While you’re waiting for the oven to warm, combine your CDO Holiday Ham with the cream cheese, ¾ cup of Swiss Cheese, ¾ cup of cheddar cheese, and a pinch of cayenne in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Next, heat the mixture in a microwave for about 45 seconds. This will soften the cheese.
- Stir the mixture together until it’s smooth and then transfer it to a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the dip.
- After that, place the dish in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Once done, switch the oven to broil and cook the dip for 2-5 minutes longer or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
- Top with parsley. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or toast.
