  • 1 pc Nori Wrapper
  • 1/2 cup Steamed Rice
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Fry the CDO Idol Cheesedogs on a pan over medium heat. After doing so, set aside.
  2. In the same pan, cook an omelet with the beaten eggs. Once cooked, cut the omelet into strips and set them aside.

  • 4 pieces shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 small carrot, julienne
  • 1 can (180g) San Marino Chili Corned Tuna
  • 2 eggs, cooked sunny side up
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Sauce:

  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang

Procedure:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients. Set this aside for later.
  2. Next, sauté your veggies until tender. Set this aside. In the same pan, sauté your San Marino Chili Corned Tuna. Set this aside too.
  3. Divide your rice into two bowls. Next, top each rice bowl with the cooked sunny side egg in the middle. Add your veggies and corned tuna. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste.
  4. Serve with the sauce on the side for mixing.

The ingredient list may look overwhelming but the preparation of the dish is actually quite simple. You can serve the toppings and the rice separately or you can pack it all in a single container. Both ways retain the fun experience of mixing all ingredients together.

3. Crispy Burger With Korean Spicy Noodles
