Responsible to plan, organize, lead and control the day to day operation entrusted to his / her work area. Prepares and requests all necessary materials to be used in his/her operation. Checks the availability of said materials and assures proper transfer of materials from designated storage and warehouse. Assures the daily, weekly and monthly forecasts are met within the set standard manpower, materials, equipment and facilities.
Career Level:
At least 2 year experience from Food Manufacturing Company
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS in Food Technology or Engineering (preferably Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering)
- Adequate training in GMP, SSOP, HACCP & ISO 22000 is an advantage
- Proven leadership skills
- Highly analytical and innovative
- Detailed-oriented and results-driven
- Good communication across all level
